Terms of sale

The short version

• Every payment adds 12 months of Supporter perks to your account.
• The annual plan is £12 a year and renews until you cancel. A one-off payment is any amount from £1 to £250 and doesn't renew.
• Cancel any time from your account page. You keep your perks until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Changed your mind? Email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund. Refunding an annual payment also cancels the plan.

Who's selling

Supporter plans are sold by Harry Chappell, trading as Awards Checklist (awardschecklist.com). Questions about a payment or these terms: hello@awardschecklist.com.

What you get

Supporting Awards Checklist gives your account Supporter status and its perks, which you can see on the Support page. Each payment adds 12 months of Supporter status. If you pay again before your time runs out, the new 12 months are added to the end of what you already have.

OG Members, who moved over from Oscars Checklist, keep Supporter status for life with no payment needed.

Prices and plans

Annual plan

£12 a year. It renews automatically every 12 months until you cancel.

One-off payment

Any amount from £1 to £250, paid once. It gives you 12 months and doesn't renew.

Paying

Payments are handled by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; Bacs Direct Debit is also available for the annual plan. We never see your card or bank details; Stripe does.

Cancelling

You can cancel the annual plan at any time with "Manage plan" on your account page. It won't renew again, and you keep your Supporter perks until the end of the period you've already paid for. One-off payments don't renew, so there's nothing to cancel.

Refunds

You can have a full refund of any payment if you ask within 14 days of paying. Email hello@awardschecklist.com and we'll refund it to the way you paid. A refund removes the 12 months that payment added to your account. Refunding an annual payment in full also cancels the annual plan, so it won't renew.

If you delete your account, your annual plan is cancelled straight away. We don't refund the rest of the year, but the 14-day refund above still applies to any payment made in the last 14 days.

Changes to perks

We may change, add or retire Supporter perks over time. Whatever happens, we'll honour the time you've already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Changes don't affect payments you've already made. See also our privacy policy.
